What’s Singapore serving up these days? A dash of initiative, a pinch of warmth topped with true professionalism? Or huge scoops of borderline service?
To give you the low-down on service in our tiny island, Are you being served? is a blog that investigates all service matters and engages in real life “missions”. The service squad give kudos to the good and to the not-so-satisfactory gentle nudges in the right service direction. (Why not do the same? After all, they might impress you the next time!)
Each week, they will go undercover to unveil the unwavering passion and attitudes of our service professionals come what may.
Being a blogger, aren’t we already doing that? Seems like everywhere I go, I will hear things like “Wah! How can they do this to me? I am going to blog about it!” or “This place is very nice, warm and friendly staff, and the food is good too. I want to share this with my friends on my blog!” Isn’t that sooo true? We are all little secret agents in our own way!
If you’re game enough, why not suggest a mission for the service squad? Or go ahead and create your own mission, and then share it on your blog and on their website.
